Daniel Nützel Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship has been established in memory of Dr. Daniel Nützel, former German professor and Director of the Max Kade German-American Center at IUPUI (now IU Indianapolis), to honor his contributions to the German Program in the IU School of Liberal Arts and the German-American community of Indiana. The scholarship supports undergraduate or graduate students with a proven interest in German American Studies and provides the recipient the opportunity to work in a professional internship over the course of one semester or over the summer. The professional internship will provide hands-on learning experiences in community institutions with a German-American tie.
