Instructional Technology Committee seeks to support writing teachers using an
array of technology. The committee has produced Techno-Rhetoric:
Resource Guide for Teachers of Computer-Assisted Composition Classes, a wonderful
guide for teachers. See also Best
Practices for Using Technology for a collection of specific activities and
examples of ways instructional technology can help students be successful. Please

Classrooms and Equipment: If you do not teach in a computer classroom and
need a networked computer and projector delivered to your classroom, simply fill
out the online request form. Go to https://falcon.iu.edu/in/uits/itr/media_req.html Or
go to http://uits.iu.edu/ Click on "Labs,
Classrooms, and Instructional Resources." Scroll down to "Classrooms"
or click on "Classrooms." Then click on "Classrooms and equipment."
Click on IUPUI to the right of "Reserve equipment." (Call Vicki Hale,
the writing program secretary,at 274-3824, if you need assistance.) Reserving
a computer classroom: If you would like to reserve a computer classroom (on
a one-time basis), check out the information about the Student Technology Centers
at http://kb.indiana.edu/data/aezq.html.
