The Zimmer Award, presented annually, supports associate faculty professional development.

The Writing Program Outstanding Associate Faculty Award is presented annually. The winner of this award is nominated for the SLA Outstanding Associate Faculty Award.

The Hal Tobin Award honors outstanding writing in English W131 or W140. It is presented each year at the department's honors ceremony.
